Over the course of the evening, while watching the two interact,\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>she started to wonder if there was more between Anthony and\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>his roommate than met the eye.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n


\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span>Reading his mom’s thoughts, Anthony volunteered, ”I know what\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>you must be thinking, but I assure you, Maria and I are just\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>roommates.”<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n


\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span>About a week later, Maria came to Anthony saying, ”Ever since\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>your mother came to dinner, I’ve been unable to find the silver\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>sugar bowl.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>You don’t suppose she took it, do you?”<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

”Well, I doubt it, but I’ll email her, just to be sure.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span>So he sat down and wrote an email:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Dear MaMa,\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

I’m not saying that you ”did” take the sugar bowl from my house ;<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>I’m not saying that you ”did not” take it.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But the fact remains that it has been missing ever since you were\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>here for dinner.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>Your Loving Son<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Anthony<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span><\/span>Several days later, Anthony received a response email from his\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>MaMa which read:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>Dear son,\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

I’m not saying that you ”do” sleep with Maria, and I’m not saying\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>that you ”do not” sleep with her.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>But the fact remains that if she was sleeping in her OWN bed,<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>she would have found the sugar bowl by now.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
