We all need to read this one over and over until it becomes part of who we are!<\/p>\n

HOW YO STAY YOUNG<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.. Try everything twice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On one woman’s tombstone she said she wanted this epitaph:”Tried everything twice. Loved it both times!”<\/p>\n

2. Keep only cheerful friends<\/strong>.The grouches pull you down.<\/p>\n

(Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!)<\/p>\n

3. Keep learning:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever…<\/p>\n

Never let the brain get idle.\u00a0’An idle mind is the devil’s workshop.’ And the devil’s name is Alzheimer’s!<\/p>\n

4. Enjoy the simple things.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Laugh often,<\/strong> long and loud.\u00a0Laugh until you gasp for breath.\u00a0And if you have a friend who makes you laugh,spend lots and lots of time with HIM\/HER.<\/p>\n

6.. The tears happen<\/strong>: Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. LIVE while you are alive.<\/p>\n

7. Surround yourself with what you love<\/strong>:whether it’s family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever..<\/p>\n

Your home is your refuge.<\/p>\n

8. Cherish your health:<\/strong><\/p>\n

If it is good, preserve it.<\/p>\n

If it is unstable, improve it.<\/p>\n

If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.<\/p>\n

9. Don’t take guilt trips..<\/strong><\/p>\n

Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county,\u00a0to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.<\/p>\n

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love you, my special friend!<\/p>\n

11. Forgive now those who made you cry<\/strong>. You might not get a second chance..<\/p>\n

And if you don’t send this to at least 4 people – who cares? But do share this with someone.<\/p>\n

Remember!<\/strong> Lost time can never be found.<\/p>\n

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.<\/p>\n
